Lacerenza Macari Funeral Home made one of the hardest experiences of my life so much easier. Planning my dad’s funeral was incredibly emotional, but from the very beginning, everyone treated my family with kindness, compassion, and respect. A special thank you to Jesse, who was truly wonderful throughout the entire process. He was so caring, patient, and thoughtful, always taking the time to answer our questions and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. His compassion and professionalism brought us so much comfort during such a difficult time. Everyone at the funeral home was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to support our family. We are so grateful for the care they showed us and for helping us honor my dad with such dignity. I would highly recommend Lacerenza Macari Funeral Home to anyone looking for a funeral home that genuinely cares about the families they serve.

Our family has unfortunately experienced two losses back to back. We cannot say enough about the kindness, compassion, and support the family at Lacerenza Macari Funeral Home has shown us during such a difficult time. From start to finish, everyone has been incredibly helpful, patient, and caring. A special thank you to Jesse, who helped us today with planning my grandmother's funeral. He took the time to guide us through everything, answered our questions, and made the process a lot less overwhelming. He made us laugh and lightened the mood, which was definitely needed on such an emotional day. 10/10 I highly recommend them!

Lacerenza has always been there for me over the years, recently had two back to back services. Jerri and Jessi and staff were wonderful caring professionals that made my experiences very easy. They took care of all the details arrangements of military services and Chaplin. Helping to make everything seamless.

Being out of state, and faced with the expected death of our sister, we were extremely appreciative of the guidance Jerry provided. We were referred to Lacarenza by Stamford Hospital, which was truly a blessing, as everything was handled seemlessly.

Our recent experience in November 2025 with the Lacerenza Macari Funeral Home was outstanding. As we were completely lost with the sudden passing of our beloved Rama, the family did not know where to start, Jerry met us on a Sunday and explained to us the step by step process. He literally came down with a directory of all countries and the regulations required for overseas shipping as they have the technical know-how. Though the burial was in Stamford, his staff and Jerry himself were super efficient, organized us on what we needed to do, when and how to do it giving us space to grieve. That eased the pain a little, the final journey to the cemetery was made easy and around it. In my opinion they are truly professional. Thank you so much Jerry

Jerry and the team behind Lacerenza Funeral Home are some of the most wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting especially given the difficult time of life in which we met.
